Both parties reserve the right to cancel the project at any given stage. In the event of cancellation by the client: - Payments made to WebTownship Technologies can be refunded after deducting INR Rs 750 per hour.

- An agreed average of 4 hours worked every day and 5 days in a week will be considered from the date of initiation of the project.

- After settling the payment amount between the two parties, WebTownship Technologies shall transfer the agreed amount to the client, accompanied by a project cancellation document.

- All materials created for the client following the cancellation have WebTownship Technologies' rights retained over them.

1.2. Cancellation by WebTownship Technologies:

In the event of cancellation by WebTownship Technologies:

- Payments made to WebTownship Technologies can be refunded after deducting INR Rs 750 per hour.

- An agreed average of 4 hours worked every day will be considered.

- The refund process will be initiated promptly after settling the payment amount.

2. Non-Refundable Services:

2.1. Once the final website has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.

2.2. Any additional services or features requested by the client after the project has started are non-refundable.

3.1. WebTownship Technologies is committed to delivering high-quality websites that meet or exceed client expectations.

3.2. If, after the final delivery, the client discovers defects or issues attributable to our work, we will make reasonable efforts to correct them free of charge within a specified timeframe.

4. Refund Process:

4.1. To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to WebTownship Technologies within the applicable refund period.
